1) Program overview
We publish “Deals” that specify eligible items, approved vendors, and a payout offer. You buy items using your own payment methods and ship them to our tax-free receiving location. After processing verification and admin approval, your invoice is generated and payment is issued manually (no automated payment rails yet).
2) Eligibility
- Only sealed/new items are eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Shipments must be from approved vendors for the deal (e.g. Amazon, BestBuy, Apple).
- Each deal has quantity limits per customer and may have a global cap.
3) Receiving, verification, and exceptions
- Processing records received quantities and serial numbers.
- Shortages, damages, unknown items, or vendor mismatches may create an exception for review.
- Admin approval is the ownership/crediting moment for inventory and payout eligibility.
4) Payouts
- Payout amounts are based on the deal’s offer price and verified quantities.
- Payment status is tracked in the portal; actual payment is initiated outside the system (MVP).
- Please keep payout details and preferred contact information up to date in Settings.
5) Prohibited activity
- Shipping items that are not eligible for the deal or not sealed/new.
- Sending third-party items, substitutions, or unrelated goods.
- Attempting to bypass quantity limits or tamper with shipment records.
6) Liability
You are responsible for your purchases and outbound shipping to our warehouse. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit. We may reject shipments that do not meet requirements.
7) Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The portal may display a notice or require re-acceptance when terms change.
